Parasite Cleanse

I am so grateful to Malira Dai Holistic and this parasite cleanse. During the pandemic, I gained 40 pounds from a mix of sitting significantly more, depression, and emotional eating. I knew I needed to change and so I started working out and eating healthier; however, I was still feeling lethargic and I couldn't get my weight down, and my focus was foggy. I was told by a friend that I needed to cleanse before I started a new health regimen, so I started the Parasite Cleanse. I am at the end of the first two weeks. I used the cleanse, worked out, and ate on an intermittent fasting schedule (OMAD). I stuck strictly to the recommended foods given. I was 195 when I started two weeks ago, and today I weigh 184!!! This is only the first two weeks! What's more important is that I am focusing better, I'm sleeping better, and I'm no longer lethargic, and I'm feeling mentally/emotionally better. In fact, I'm more energetic. I love drinking the earth water, but the tea is pretty gross. I tried it with lemon, but it didn't really help me. I just chug a ton of water after each cup of tea. It's a small sacrifice for major results. I would recommend this to everyone.

love The detailed instructions, and the realistic expectations of Malira. If you’re on you’re journey eating better this is a great way to start, using this cleanse I lost almost 20lbs during the course(even with a slight mess up midway thru). As long as you are committed to finishing this is the place to start your journey...

First off this tea WAS disgusting! But I swear after the first two days it did not taste bad I got use to it & that’s really rare for me because I needed up falling in love with this tea. I used this tea for a parasite cleanse but I totally messed that all up with the holidays

I’ve been dealing with fibroids and weight gain i took Both phases of her parasite cleanse and i no Longer have period cycles over 5 days my whole life I’ve had them for 8-10 days i no Longer have mood swings my energy is up and most importantly i am Fibroid FREE AND I NO LONGER HAVE ANY INFLAMMATIONS ON MY UTERUS

Parasite Cleanse & Juice Cleanse

I did the 14 day parasite cleanse combined with the juice cleanse. I had two juices per day, one for breakfast and one for lunch, and healthy snacks in between, such as nuts, fruits, carrots, etc. For dinner I ate healthy, and no carbs or sugars of course. Lots of beans, salads with fresh tomato salsa instead of salad dressing. I thought Malira was lying when she said that it would be easier to drink the tea after the first couple of days, but she was right, my taste buds adjusted. The diatomaceous earth was fine, it just tasted like clay, but I don’t know how I even know what clay tastes like LO!!!! My other struggle was trying to drink a gallon of water, so I drank 8 ounces every hour. I was doing so good....until I messed up on day 11. I still had the tea, but I had some carbs and some sugar. I didn’t exercise one bit, and I managed to lose 7 pounds in 11 days. I wish I had measured myself before I started, because there is a significant difference in my gut area. I don’t feel sluggish in the mornings, I just hop out of bed. No headaches. No body aches. I feel great!!!! I couldn’t bring myself to play around in my own crap and search for the parasites
