Recommended Dosage: Take 2-3 tablespoons daily or as needed. Can be added to smoothies, tea, baked goods and salad dressings. If using topically apply to target area and let sit for 15 minutes. Rinse off when Sea Moss Gel turns white and flaky.

We use a mixture of Irish Moss and Purple Moss in our sea moss gel. Our sea moss gel may vary in color depending which variety is used.

Storage: Keep refrigerated for up to 2-3 weeks. Any unused sea moss gel can be frozen. Simply pour the mixture into ice cube trays, freeze and transfer into a freeze safe container.

Sea Moss Gel

I've used this product topically as well as in my smoothies. The smell is rather unique but I really do love this sea moss gel and my body feels nourished so it's certainly something I'd purchase again without any hesitation.

The 1st day I consume this product, it had me going to the bathroom. This is a natural laxative, and keeps me full when I take in the mornings with my elderberry. I add to my smoothie in the morning.

I love my sea moss gel, could tell the difference immediately and never had the purple sea moss added! Gave me plenty of energy and could tell it was working and doing it job!

When using make sure it gets flaky for best use. My face was feeling itchy lately so I used this (mainly at night) and it worked within the first 10 mins. I also don’t “wash” it off. I rinse it off with water.

I love this product, it's one of the best that I have tried. It is worth every penny. I can feel the healing flowing through my body when I add it to my smoothies and/ or tea. This product has helped with joint pain and also energy levels. I was able to live on 4 hours of sleep working two jobs at a time because of this product. I know there are more benefits but I need to take it more consistently to reap all that sea moss has to offer. Don't let the smell fool you, you're life will change and overall health will change for the better.
