Shipping
All of our products are made to order. Once an order has been submitted, it will be processed and shipped out within 3 to 7 business days. A tracking number will be sent to you automatically. The 3-7 business days does not include shipping time. For example, placing an order and selecting next or two day shipping does not mean your order will be processed during that timeframe. That next or two day shipping starts at the time we ship your package and it is in possession of the post office.
When an order is placed, you will receive automatic confirmation via the email provided at the time of purchase. That email serves are confirmation that your order was received. Please review this email and ensure the mailing address is correct.
International shipping is available. There is no set cost for shipping as costs are calculated by weight upon checkout.

If there is an issue retrieving a shipping quote, please contact us so we can assist. Most common error messages consist of "unable to retrieve shipping quote, please try a different address".
Delivery
If your package has been delivered in an unsatisfactory condition from our end, you have 24 hours from time of arrival to send us an email explaining and showing through the use of a picture, that the product has been compromised. We'll then issue a replacement or refund your money if we no longer carry the product you ordered. If your package has been delivered in unsatisfactory condition by fault of usps, customer will be directed to file a claim. Note: Priority mail packages are insured, first class packages are not.
We ensure the delivery of the product to the address submitted at the time of purchase. Should the customer fail to give the correct address, Malira Dai Holistic, LLC or delivery services, shall be in no way liable or required to resend or refund.
Once the package has been updated as delivered by the shipping carrier, responsibility of damaged/ lost packages pass to the recipient. You will be directed to file a claim with the post office.
PLEASE BE AWARE! If you choose first class mail for your order, it does not automatically come with shipping insurance. Please choose the priority mail option if you want insurance on your order. If the postal service loses or damages your package, through no fault of our own, we cannot replace or refund your order.
Perishables
Fresh Baked Bread
Priority Shipping is suggested. Our fresh baked bread has no preservatives and I don’t suggest transit of more than two days. Please do not select first class shipping unless you live in Florida unless you plan to “risk it”.
Gummies & Shots
All gummies and shots that leave our temperature-controlled station were inspected and verified to be in perfect condition. Despite best efforts, we cannot guarantee that your gummies will arrive in excellent condition and are unable to issue refunds or replace products damaged by extreme temperatures.

Please be advised, regardless of the shipping method chosen, Malira Dai Holistic cannot guarantee the exact time an order will be delivered as the shipping time to your delivery address depends on your location, weather conditions and other factors.
Keep an eye on your tracking number to make sure to be there upon delivery, or direct someone else to pick it up if the package is left by the door. Plant-Based gummies tend to be more resistant to the heat due to their ingredients.
Protect Your Order from the Heat
If it's hot out and your order contains gummies, there are steps you can take to reduce the risk of receiving gummie soup! Please choose one of the options below to improve the chances your order arrives in great shape.
One: Select a Warm Weather Shipping Option
For temps 89° or below - 2 day delivery is recommended.
For temps 90° or above - Overnight delivery
If you are located in Florida, you will receive 1-2 day delivery by default.
Two: Be home for delivery!
Choose a delivery address where someone will be available to accept the package so it doesn't sit outside in the heat. If the package feels warm, open immediately to expose your sweets to cooler indoor air.
Three: Risk it
Every order is different. It's possible your particular order will be just fine with standard shipping and the ice packs. You may want to ask yourself, how important is it that your candy arrives in perfect condition? Do you need the gummies to look pretty for a party or a gift? Or do you figure it's all just going to end up in your stomach anyway, so who cares? If you are less concerned about everything being perfect - or if you just want to save some money on shipping - you can always risk it!
Shipping may be delayed to protect your gummies.
If necessary, your order will be held in our temperature-controlled station to avoid additional transit time over the weekend. If you need a delivery by a specific date, please add a note at checkout or contact us so we can ensure your order arrives in time.
The gummies may release moisture in the bag due to condensation.
Shots, if melted, will firm back up once refrigerated. No need to reheat.
