Recommended Dosage:

Place 2 tablespoons of herbal blend in a glass bowl and pour boiled water over the herbs. 

Place the bowl in a secure and comfortable place, drape a towel over your head and lean over the steaming bowl. 

Close your eyes, breathe deeply and steam for 5-10 minutes. 

 Storage: Remove contents from plastic packaging and transfer to a glass container.  Store in a cool dry place.
