One of my favorite ways to enjoy all the magic Eucalyptus leaves have to offer.
When the hot water hits the leaves, the steam acts as a natural diffuser and the natural oils from the leaves have such an amazing scent.
The steam released is great for the sinuses, clears nasal congestion, reduces stuffiness and offers respiratory support. The leaves also cleanse the air and kill mold.
For showers, secure the bouquet to your shower head, get the shower nice and steamy and inhale.
For baths, secure the bouquet to your bath spout and run a warm bath. Soak for about 20 minutes and breathe deeply.
Lasts between 10-21 days. Potent fragrance will gradually decrease as all of the oils are used.
