 Benefits

The original birth control. Fun fact: This root provided the foundation for the birth control that exists today. Wild Yam Root is often referred to as a natural alternative to estrogen therapy so it’s often used in certain therapies when women are experiencing vaginal dryness, PMS, weak bones, low energy, low sex drive and hormonal imbalances.

It’s most famous for its ability to support women in the health of their reproductive systems because it helps the uterus work more efficiently.

Men, you can benefit too.

It can assist you with lowering cholesterol and promoting the health of your bones.

It also has anti-inflammatory effects so it’s used in cases of pain, swelling and stiffness in the joints.

Other ailments this root can assist: asthma, high blood pressure, migraines, insomnia and UTI’s.

Recommended Dosage: 20 drops under tongue 1-3 times per day. You can also dilute drops in juice or water. Shake well prior to each use.

Storage: Store in a cool dry place.

    The best

I've been taking this tincture for about 8 months now and I still haven't had a period last longer than 10 days which is amazing considering my natural cycle would last for weeks at a time.
